By commissioning me you automatically accept my ToS!

All prices are in USD
Before starting on the commissioned artwork, the payment needs to proceed on PayPal first.WIPs on lineart and colour will be provided

References

Full reference sheets (including colour and further detail for clothing/accessories) must be provided and clear for me, the artist, to understand. Reference sheets must be SFW (censored NSFW refsheets are not permitted either).If you do not have a refsheet, however, I will allow the commission, but there will be an extra $10 USD upcharge to compensate for extra time getting the design right.

Me, the Artist

I WILL NOT work with cryptocurrency or NFTs in any way, shape or form.I reserve the right to post and share my artwork for promotional and commercial usage.Patience is appreciated (due personal life and work). I will prioritise commissions as much as I can!I reserve the rights to decline a commission for any reason!I do not do revisions on lineart once the artwork has been shaded.
I do not do any revisions after the final artwork has been posted to Twitter/FA.Regarding suggestive artwork, I reserve the right to make adjustments to put the artwork at a point I am comfortable to draw it, or I might decline it entirely.My average turnaround time can be between 4 days to 2 weeks depending on what the commission is and what else I have going on in my own life, as well as how big my queue is.

You, the Customer

You are allowed to repost my artwork on your social media when credit to the original artist (myself) is given. However, you are NOT allowed to post my artwork to mature/NSFW image boards such as E621.You are NOT allowed to use my artworks for commercial purposes/financial profit without explicit written permission!You are NOT allowed to make edits of my artworks.You are NOT allowed to use my artworks for NFTs or cryptocurrency. This is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Those who purchase commissions for the purpose of NFTs and crypto will be blacklisted.You are NOT allowed to use my artworks for AI. This is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Those who purchase commissions for the purpose training AI will be blacklisted.Once the commission is done you will receive the full resolution of your commission.You will NOT be able to ask for a refund when the commission is already completed.You are NOT allowed to commission art for someone on my blacklist (linked at the bottom of the page).

Adoptable ToS

You are NOT allowed to re-sell the adoptable for a higher price than was bought.You are NOT allowed to re-sell the adoptable to anyone on my blacklist.You may make changes to the original design once bought to fit your needs, but please do not claim the original design as your own.Same ToS as regular commissions apply.
